I got a KS license plate! Manatee tag will be retired :( ... a greencard would be nice though, sometime in 2008.

which ks plate did you get?

its in the diet thread! i think page 3 to make it easy on ya :) i guess its sort of like a fish tagine made inside foil packets!

(my husband broke our dear tagine two nights ago!! boo hoo!)

what's a dear tangine and how does one break it? :unsure:

darn it!! i should have looked at the alternate choices before sending my husband to do the registration (i didnt actually do the dirty work :D). But knowing him, he would forget what I asked for and wound up with one with a chicken or corn on it.

Thanks - I'll look back into the thread - condolences on the broken tagine...Mine is still surviving - does anyone uses "flame tamer" with their tagine? Just curious if it makes a difference and actually extends the longevity of the tagine...

I use one with mine, I dont know if it extends the longevity as its the only tagine I have ever owned, but so far so good! :thumbs:

I use that flame tamer when I am making risotto also to prevent burning the bottom of the pan. if i ever made paella i would use it with that pan as well.
