Is OK to send DS-3025 copy instead I-693A???

Hi folks,

I came on K-1 last January and Im about to send the AOS application... I had my medical in Brasil and the doctor gave me a copy of the DS-3025 when I asked him... I knew I would need it in the future...

What about if I dont go to the civil surgeon and just sent in the DS-3025 instead I-693 sup???

Im just trying to save some money and time, but if it can cause problems I'll just go to the doctor...

Some people get RFE'd, some dont. It all depends on who you get. It's all really just being about one of the lucky ones. We debated for a while ourselves but decided just to go get I-693A just to be safe than sorry. It's really up to you if you want to risk it.

we got rfe'd and sent in the DS form. No problem...

We did include the DS3025. We went to the civil surgeon because Manila told her she needed the tetanus shot. If your vaccinations re up to date you are probably ok

Well I didn't have either but I had a vaccination booklet with the labels off the vaccine bottles stuck in it. I got an RFE for something else but not this! So you may well be ok.

The only thing I will say is I now have the DS form and am going to get the I-693, as OKC has asked at interview in the past and I don't want an RFE at my interview.
