Dear All My Friends ,

Happy New Year , I wish that you all be happy , enjoy , good health , rich

Regarding about my interview date on 08Jan'08 ( K-1 Visa ) ,

My boyfriend has moved from his old apartment to new apartments because has promoted , and he thought that all boxes came to his new apartment , and last week he wants to send me his all documents for me on interview date , but the box the he keeps all his documents it's lost , it's not come to his new apartment with him , and now he already request for new documents ( tax return / earning statement and etc ... ) and he said that he estimate that he will get all documents on 23Jan'08 ( after my interview date )

Does anyone know that when I tell embassy ( Bangkok ) that my boyfriend documents lost and he should get re new-documents by 23Jan'08 and he will send to me , the embassy will be Ok for this to add more documents later ?

And how many days or week that I need to add documents ? within ... days ?? within ... weeks ?

I'm so worry about this , and I don't want to say that someone's wrong , because we're already do the best things , that's all we can do for this moment )

Please advise and suggest that what I need to do ?

Dear Mossycouple ,

I already paid the fee 100 USD on 29Dec'07 because I didn't know before that my boyfriend will lost the documents before he can send to me ,

Just incase that if I re-schedule my interview date that will be on Feb'08 (someday ) and the US Fee will change from 100 USD to 131 USD ,

How long I have time to add my boyfriend documents ?

Best Regards and Thanks for all your help

Sirikun K.

Better to contact the embassy before the interview so they can advise on what's the best thing that you can do.

Perhaps I misunderstood the post, but If she is going for the interview, wouldn't they already have the tax information and other documents in her packet?

The longer it takes to introduce yourself the less you've actually accomplished

For a K1 you typically bring supporting docs at interview time, though it can vary from embassy to embassy.
