My son filed the I130 for his wife on 10/26, received per post office at Kansas on 10/29 (UK citizen) They have not received received their NOA1 as yet. Since they are newlyweds and he is in US and she is in UK they have decided to take teaching jobs in Korea so they can be together while they wait for the papers to clear and her to get the visa. On the application they asked that when she has her interview it be in London. It will probably be during the middle of her contract in Korea before she gets the interview. Can they request that an interview be held at the US consulate in Korea?

There is a form I865 for sponsor's change of address to be sent to the proper service center. I'm not sure where they mailed the first set since California and Vermont are the only 2 service centers handling I-130 apps since early last year. They can probably expect their NOA #1 within the next 5-6 weeks. As for how the case can be handled moving to Korea, I think you're best move would be to call the National Visa Center at
