Well, I don't speak the queen's English (nor the prince's slang.) Here "toss" means throw out, remove, get rid of... etc.

(So any word meaning "Remove" that isn't slang for masturbation )THE MODS!

But I am British, so it does mean that to me. So, the answer is still a resounding NO.
