Friends of VJ I hired a lawyer for me to make the process a request for K-1 Visa. My visa was approved until I arrived the package 3. My concern is that the lawyer who contract my girlfriend does not want to send the forms even with the documents that I requested the embassy allegedly because my girlfriend have to wait for the visa center gives you some paperwork where they will collect $ 380.00 dollars and $ 70 dollars more. This is true that I send the package 3 for an appointment or cordinen I hope that it will reach you to my girlfriend's Visa Center? We ask for the I-129 petition that is why I have worried.

What is the telephone Visa Center?

The National Visa Center, NVC, collects no money during the K1 visa process.
