When will I get my green card?

Hi all,

The last I heard from USCIS was on Nov 7 when they sent out a NOA informing me that my case has been transfered to California service center in order to speed up the processing.

Nothing since. I am wondering when will I get my green card and what are the following steps required from me. Can anyone give me a clue please?

Ps- I have sent in my AOS and done my biometrics.

K-1 Visa

Service Center : Nebraska USCIS

Consulate : Singapore

I-129F (Fiancée Visa petition) Sent : Dec 10 2006

Receipt notice: Dec 14 2006

Approval Notice : March 8 2007

Visa issued : May 10 2007

US Entry : July 1 2007

The Wedding : July 21 2007

Adjustment of Status

CIS Office : Chicago USCIS

I-485 Date Filed : Aug 10 2007

Check cashed : Sept 13 2007

Receipt Notice: Sept 12 2007

Bio. Appt. : Oct 17 2007

Transfer Notice: Nov 7 2007 (Case Transfered to California USCIS)

Interview Date : Waiting......?

Got I551 Stamp : ??

Greencard Received: ???

It is anyone's guess.

USCIS California can adjudicate and apporve, or they can also decide that an interview is required and send the case to local office for interview. They can also get hung up waiting for a FBI name check, which can take months to YEARS.
