Hi,

My husband's EAD will be expiring soon. Can someone please tell me the address that I need to send it to? His first EAD was filed under category A9 and expires when his I-94 does. We want to file the second one under C9. The first one was sent to Lee's Summit, MO. Do I send this one there too? I am confused. Thanks.

File using (c )(9 ) and atach a copy of I-485 NOA-1.

If your response to Question 16 is ©(9) and you filed your I-485 application with the USCIS Chicago Lockbox Facility,file your Form I-765 with the following address (if you filed your Form I-485 with a USCIS service center, see instructions below):
