After months of battling it out and being put on hold with additional security checks I finally had our I129f approved 5 weeks ago. YET, it still has not made it's way to NVC. I was really hoping for a late Feb. interview for her, but idk at this rate I will be lucky if she gets in at all with the March crowd. I keep looking up and wonder what we did wrong here to deserve to wait so much longer than most. I am sure there are a few others like us, but why oh why do we have to sit around and wait, and wait, oh and wait some more........... :clock:

Anyways, I am happy for all those that are moving on, at least they are out of the way for us to get mailed over.

April 2, 2007 Touch - "Case received and pending"

August 27, 2007 faxed expedite request, August 28th, 29th, 30th Touch

September 3, 2007 Called CSC, nothing yet (Touches sept. 3 & 4)

September 10, 2007 Called CSC, file is "in transit" (Touches sept. 10 & 11)

October 16, 2007 NOA2 mailed

November will not forward to NVC, due to pending I-129f

April 16, 2007 Sent to Chicago, IL; April 17, 2007 Rcvd, Apriil 20, 2007 NOA1

May 11, 2007 Transfer Notice - CSC

June 6, 2007 Touch - "The case is now pending at the office at which it was transferred

August 27, 2007 faxed expedite request (August 27th, 28th Touch)

September 3, 2007 Called CSC, nothing yet (Sept. 3rd & 4th Touch)

September 10, 2007 Called CSC, file is "in transit" Touches sept. 10 & 11

October - RFE, Received, then moved into additional security checks for 6 months or more

Yes, I was just thinking about the kind people that were in the original k3 march filing forum. Have all of you had success, are all of you with your loved ones now. I dont rem all of your names but I do rem parachute4u, kalina, and some others.

I was a March filer and we are in the States going through the AOS process now.

Marriage : 1995 - 13 years of marriage and 2 children together

Living in the USA

K3 info in timeline

2007-Nov-21: Mailed AOS/EAD

2007-Nov-29: AOS/EAD received

2007-Dec-4: Notice date

2007-Dec-11: Received NOA's via snail mail

2007-Dec-12:Received Biometrics appt

2007-Dec-21: Biometrics appt completed and USCIS "touched" applications

2008-Jan-24: EAD card ordered - received email notice from CRIS

2008-Feb-1 : EAD approval notice mailed- received email notice

2008-Feb-4 : EAD card received in mail (11 days from when it was ordered)

2008-Mar-16: Touch on I-129F - huh?

2008-May 2: Received Interview date via snail mail letter

2008-June 11: Interview at SF office - Approved!!! Green Card ordered

2008-June 23: received Green Card in mail

hey irene....we have our interview Monday....ahhh....i can't believe it is here...but with jordan...still no sure date that he will actually be here if he is approved!!! but...at least it is close to being over....good luck to you...all of u guys....and i hope the ones who are with your loved ones are having fun....
