I-94 vs. I-94W

Hello. Is it possible to file the I-130 with a I-94W instead of the I-94?

You would only have a I-94w if you entered the States on a visa wavier.... not a K1...

But yes you can file for I-130 using a I-94W

I wasn't sure where to post this exactly, so thank you. We are sending the I-130, I-485 and the I-765 altogether. It says it requires copies of the I-94, but all we have is the I-94W.

Another question: The form says they require a copy of the marriage license, NOT a certified copy. Am I correct in assuming that I can just make a copy and send it in?
