woot woot!!! I lost 7.2 pounds last week!!! (actually only 1/2 a week of dieting!!!)

I can't really say it was all due to WW since I stopped taking the prednisone AND I refilled my waterpills but I"ll take it anyways!!!:dance::dance:

For those on WW who just want to go out to eat occasionaly, here's a good website: http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html

Gives calculated points for most things on the menu for alot of restaurants. Look at it before you go, know what you want to order, and that way you don't have to look at the menu and you can stay within your points. I used it alot when I had to go out to eat for lunch meetings and such.

-need to scroll down at bit on the page

I love dottie's site!! She has a link to her message board somewhere in there too that I've gotten good recipes from. There's one for chicken and broccoli that is awesome and I think it's either 3 or 4 points per serving. I"ll have to go find it now. :)

I tried a new recipe out on my kids this morning. I have this recipe book "The Sneaky Chef" and all the recipes call for some type of vegetable or fruit puree. Sounds gross I know. Well today I made cocoa chocolate chip pancakes and they loved them! I have to admit they weren't too bad. It had "purple puree" which is spiniach, blueberries (no sugar added) and lemon juice. and white flour, wheat flour and wheat germ. It's amazing! I've only gooded a handful of things from this book, but I need to do more. Next on the list is a chocolate cake with the same purple puree!
