Hellow. My husband and I would like to invite our son to visit us with invitation and AOS we allready completed and sended. We are here about 4 years - green card holders, and this is the first time we are inviting him. He has a job in Bulgaria and a child, he's over 21 - at 26, also is a student. If he's a citizen of one of the following VWP countries, it is pretty simple.

Andorra, Iceland, Norway,

Australia, Ireland, Portugal,

Austria, Italy, San Marino ,

Belgium, Japan, Singapore,

Brunei, Liechtenstein, Slovenia ,

Denmark Luxembourg Spain

Finland, Monaco, Sweden,

France, the Netherlands, Switzerland ,

Germany, New Zealand, United Kingdom ,

Otherwise a visitor visa will need to be applied for - depending on the country, this may or may not be a simple matter. Which country are we talking about?
