They scheduled a 4-hour window for Monday to hold a series of interviews, show me around the place, do a meet and greet, fill out papers and stuff like that. This will apparently include a lunch as well.

Apparently. About half an hour after I spoke with the HR lady this afternoon about Monday's schedule, another hiring manager from that same place called me wanting to do a phone interview. I was like: Ehm, I did two phone interviews already and will be down in Tampa on Monday for a series of meetings. She was quite excited, asked for the name of the HR lady and said: "let me call her and get my name on that interview list for Monday. I'd love to talk to you about a position I have available." Damn. I mean, how good can it get? They're gonna fight over me or what? Seems that I gotta get into the resume writing business...

Meanwhile, two other employers are sending first signals of interest my way as well. I guess what they say is true: When it rains, it pours. One of them in Chicago (cold up there but very good company) and one in Charlotte, NC (that would work all the way around).

*sigh* Life is tough sometimes.
