yes, i have no receipt number. however i do have a profile on the uscis web site. will try. how do i add profile to posts?

my bad I was under the impression you had a cleared check or something with the receipt number. I belive thereis not much you can do except check the timelines being procesed, if your's comes unde rthe review date then u can call up USCIS and check with them on the application if not wait a bit longer unfortunately or monitor check being cleared

To add your timeline to posts click on My Assistant to the right of My Controls. Then select Edit Signature and you can add text in the lower box.

Without a case number there is nothing you can do with the online system...

Yes and right now the case system online is not updated - they are about two weeks to three weeks behind in getting the numbers in right now.

Yes and right now the case system online is not updated - they are about two weeks to three weeks behind in getting the numbers in right now.

2 weeks to 3 weeks behind???!!! the last update said they were only current up intil 8-20-07 !!

an interesting point to ponder is : the majority of the applications that caused the "significant increase" are work and student visas...it is my understanding that those have to be processed in 90 days. ...so the optimist in me says that times will increase when those are cleared out. however philosophically the government is choosing commerce over FAMILY by processing those first!!!
