I would love to hear from anyone who filed for k-3 in October. We can share whats going on with our journey. I would like to hear from anyone in Bosnia, those approved and still in the process.

Married in Bosnia 05/26/2007

Sent I-130: August 15, 2007

Received NOA1: October 3, 2007

Sent I-129F: October 4, 2007

I-129F NOA2: April 3, 2008

NVC Received: April 22, 2008

Left NVC: May 15, 2008

Interview: June 18, 2008

U.S. Entry: August 11, 2008

AOS

Sent AOS package VIA Certfied Priority USPS: May 28, 2009

Arrived at lockbox: May 31, 2009

Signed by R. Mercedo May 31, 2009 10:23 p.m.

Received AOS & EAD NOA1 June 8, 2009: NOA Date June 4, 2009

Received Biometrics Appointment Letter June 13, 2009 Appt date June 24, 2009

I-485 & I-765 Touched June 25, 2009

EAD Card Production ordered 07/10/2009

EAD Received in mail 07/20/2009

Received Interview letter 8/1/09 Interview 09/15/09

GREEN CARD APPROVED; PASSPORT STAMPED

Well I was told the laywer sent my packet Sept 20 07 come to find out the service center did not sign for it till 4 oct 07. As of today have heard nada. After many days waiting for them to come back to the office after the holidays I convinced them to send out my I 129 with out the notice I never got.( just had them send proof that I paid and send the I130.) SOOOOOO I guess I am an October filler.

14 Feb08 Case number assigned

5JUN 08 Got visa

FLYS IN TO CHICAGO POE ON THE 15TH!!!

December 08 move to GERMANY

May2009 Start Case for Naturalization

14 SEPTEMBER 2009 Visa Journey is over!! Husband a US Citizen!!

I sent mine in October to Nebraska. Still haven't heard anything. Do you think it'll go faster if you send the I-129? Where do you send it to?

10/25/2007: 1-130 sent

01/19/2008: NOA1 for I-130

01/22/2008: I-129F sent

01/31/2008: NOA1 for I-129F

03/28/2008: NOA2

05/15/2008: Packet 3 Received

06/11/2008: Packet 3 Sent to embassy

07/29/2008: Packet 4 Received

08/11/2008: Phase 1, Medical Exam

08/13/2008: Phase 2, Actual Medical Exam

08/25/2008: Interview

08/27/2008: Visa in hand

I am not sure which service center my laywer sent it too. But from what I have been reading I am thinking that I should have sent both the I130 andI129 together.
