i-485????????

i am preparing the AOS packet for my husband who came here on the K-3 visa.

for the i-485 form where can we find I-94 #

also what do i check for the application type question.

the I-94 # will be on then form he got at the airport and is usually attached into his passport by the IO upon entry.

when i came to USA. On K-3 visa i dint file I-94 i got it from the Airport and the officer there stick it on my Passport !!! so he dint get it from the Airport !!! (i meant ur husband)

sorry again.. make sure to check his passport maybe there. it's a lil white page. just like this 1 below..

anyways here's I-94 form.

He may got the white slip in the plane. and it is attached in the passport. and you may filled the tax return past three years. you can download the forms from the uscis site.
