I just cleaned out my junk drawer and found a book of stamps that I bought. I have no clue when I bought them but they are breast cancer stamps. I hate that they don't have how much they are good for on them!!!:angry: Does anyone know how I can find out what they're worth, i.e. if I put one on a letter will it work? :help:

You treat them like the new "forever" stamps. Use them to send a regular first-class letter. Their value will be whatever the current first-class rate is. (I was a postal worker for seven years.)

The price of the self-adhesive, non-denominated semipostal stamp will be 55 cents. As a semipostal, it is valid for postage at the First-Class first-ounce letter rate in effect at the time of purchase.

I suspect like the new "Forever" stamps, they are good for first-class postage in the USA at the current rate, so they are currently valued at 41 cents.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

So even after the rates go up, they're still all you need?

Yup, for the basic envelope/letter. Forever stamps last forever :-) I think if there is no value onthe stamps and it says first class then the stamps can be used forever.

A smooth visa journey and much speed to all!
