Oh Sharon, I hope that you will be able to get this thing fixed pretty soon and get back into the fast lane...Too bad that when they send you these e-mails they do not inform you are of the actual content of what is missing...Will pray that this will get resolved quickly.

Dorothy :luv:

Shoot, Sharon! I was hoping you wouldn't get one! Unfortunately, the letter doesn't do a much better job at informing you of what *exactly* is missing!

At what point in time do you send the joint sponsor information?

I sent it in along with our AOS application, along with my affadavit of support.

All I can do now is wait!

I got an email from USCIS today that I'm getting an RFE. I hope it's just for the 2005 taxes. Time to start beating down our cosponsor's door :P

I am sorry to hear about this...hope its an easy update. I'm still on pins waiting to see if we'll get any. The EAD card arrived but still no word from AOS. I'll keep you posted on my updates as well.

best,

prena

I'm pretty sure if you got your EAD it means you aren't going to get a RFE, doesn't it?

I can't wait to hear that you have an interview coming up :D
