 Based on my timeline would it be smart to cancel all paperwork with USCIS AND GO THE DCF route?Would they inform me if there was a problem by now?I have our children here with me and I need medical care but I will not leave my children with anybody there my kids thus my responsibility until there mother arrives. Will medical information have any bearing on our case?If the approval does come soon what information should we be compiling?Any helpful advise will greatly be appreciated.
