Evidence of bonifide marriage

Hello all,

How much Evidence of bonifide marriage should be included in the I-130 application. Is the more the better and is too much not good?

1. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or

2. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or

3. Documentation showing co-mingling of financialresources; or

4. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, thepetitioner, and your spouse together; or

5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties havingpersonal knowledge of the bona fides of the maritalrelationship (Each affidavit must contain the full nameand address, date and place of birth of the person makingthe affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner ofbeneficiary, if any, and complete information and detailsexplaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage); or

6. Any other relevant documentation to establish that thereis an ongoing marital union.

You have very good evidence so far, but the most important piece of evidence is your marriage certificate. In fact, that's pretty much all you need.

The OP hasn't indicated anything about the evidence they have so far. They just copied and pasted the list of additional items from the I-130 instructions. If you have some of this evidence, fine. If you are newlyweds who have never lived together in the same country yet, I've seen no evidence you need any of the "additional" evidence. You need the required evidence, the most important of which is an official translation of your marriage certificate.
