I really don't know if it's advisable to travel on a K3. :/ Sorry, not sure if I can help there.

If you have approved I-130 but didn't send your I-485, then you should maybe be able to use your K3.

Call the US Customs and ask them, maybe?

K3 is multiple entry visa valid for 2 years, regardless of the status of your I-130 or whether or not you've sent in your AOS applications.

You're good to go. Have fun! :)

yes , i had my the i130 approved and my i485 pending from november 1 2005

i left a day before thanks giving

when i went at the airport in boston they took my arrival - departure card I-94 stapled in your passport, but no worries u gonna get another one when u came back in us

if u read the form i-485 instructions it tells u clearly that if u have a k-3 visa u can leave no problem

your applications won`t be abandoned because of u k-3

but u can also contact your congressman office and they can check for u just to make feel better

i was on the same boat before i left and that`s what i did

this what i know whatever works for u good luck

I've reached that realistic age where I have to choose between having fun and a heart attack :)

that is correct. You can come and go as you please for the duration of your visa (2 years) as long as you are not out of the country for more than 6 months at a time.
