Filling out the DS-230

Hi everyone! I am filling out the DS-230 part I to fax to the US consulate general in Vacnouver, Canada. The last question:

"25. List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States. (If never, write "never") Give type of visa status, if known. Give DHS "A"number if any."

DO I need to include ALL visits to the USA I have ever made in my life?? That would be almost impossible for me as I have gone MANY times. They have always been short trips - less than 2 weeks. Any help would be appreciated!

The general consensus seems to be that if you've made numerous trips, you can just list the approximate number of trips you made in a given year, or even something like "numerous trips in 2006" etc. Try to provide as much detail as possible, and be as accurate as you can.
