Transferred to local office based on "security checks" : 11/27/2007
wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

Has your website been updated already? or did you just receive the NOA2 hard-copy in the mail? The WACs at the local office said the info on the website is not up-to-date.. =( I don't know what's going on.. they said my applications are still under current processing times and that they are with a officer already (yeah, I heard that before).. I really don't know what to do now.. we should have at least been approved already... :crying: :crying: guess I'll have to wait until next week when they come back to ask about it..

On the USCIS website our I-130 is showing pending. I had received an email from the Senators office stating we had our approvals. However, CSC had never released the approvals; the Senators office had our applications confused with someone else. So, I recieved a telephone call from the WAC's at CSC and was given the approval over the telephone. (It was a nightmare day for me!) But, shortly after that we received the NOA2 hard copy in the mail. My husband said you can't take there word we need the NOA2 so, when it finally arrived then I knew truely we had our approvals.

You should have your approvals by now! The wait is extreme and painful! Once our application got away from CSC; the process went alot smoother. The NVC was only 2 days and then our documents were sent electronically to the American Embassy in Lima Peru. I gave the embassy 3 days before I telephoned them and requested the earliest interview date in January 2008. So, it was made for January 17, 2008 at 8:15AM at the Embassy. I'm flying to Peru on January 15, 2008; I have an very early flight from Dulles, Washington Airport and will arrive in Lima Peru at 2:15PM in the afternooon Which "MY Honey" will be waiting for me with open arms... :dance::dance::dance: This trip is so very special an emotional for me. I will no longer have to be alone and waiting for my husband and other people who have controlled our life for 10 LONG MONTHS.. :crying:ITS OVER and soon it will be over for you GOGO!!! Best of luck and I hope for speedy approval for you. Your officer needs to release the approvals and let you be with your wife where you belong!!! :thumbs::thumbs:
