Sorry if this may seem to be a dumb question :P but do I need to apply for this?....The situation is this I need to go back to England on a regular basis to see my children, the first visit should be March 2007, do I need to apply for AP? I am wondering if I need to go before that will I need this document, it says on the example form to write a date of travelling, I do not know when I am travelling. If someone know anything about this it would be nice to find out the facts. Your thoughts on this matter are well appriciated.

The K1 is only valid for one entry into the US. If you plan to travel while you are awaiting adjustment of status, you will need to file for the AP docement (multiple trips). If you travel without it, you wont be allowed to re-enter.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
