As a rule male cats tend to be less dainty in the face. Female cats can also have narrower noses and slimmer cheekbones. Males, if left un-neutered, can get very broad noses in most cases.

I notice in last 2-3 weeks his weird play to Bruha..he go on top of her and I told Gary ..he said they almost there ! Now I ask hubby again if its that kind of play make her preggy and he said its not..Tabujet or male cat should not on top, it should be a hrmmm..*cough* catty style ( the version of doggy style ]

No wonder when I give Tabujet some highlights he is so unhappy!

If the $185 includes vaccinations then it isn't too bad. Most vets won't neuter without the inoculations which you MUST get for those kitties, Luz. Most of the time neutering/spaying costs around $50-$100 and the cheapest isn't always the best. Inoculations on their own will cost $50-$100 too, so check if the $185 covers it all or not.

And if they are starting to mount (either way) then it is time to separate them...NOW. Cats are NOT like humans in that sex just once may not result in pregnancy. With cats sex just once 99.9% of the time DOES result in pregnancy. And...yes the male cat DOES go on top.

They are indoor cats and never out of hearing range. Cats mating is a very noisy thing and I am sure we would have heard it. Those pics were taken almost a month ago (Dec 7) so we would know by now. Bruha hasn't come into heat yet and I hope we have a little more time before I can get them into the vet.

Not to be overly brusque, but, you don't have any more time.

Christmas has me tapped. It will have to be in 2 weeks. I have had a female cat spayed while in the early stages of pregnacy before. It's a little riskier but if she is only a week or two into it there shouldn't be a problem. But like I said, she isn't showing any signs of being in heat yet. I got her down and looked real close last night. So far so good.

I'd still separate them until then. It's the only way to be sure, because once they start mating there ain't no way you'll be able to stop them mid coitus. Another point to note is that just because Bruha isn't calling you don't know that her body isn't ready. If Tabujet decided to go for it then that's all it'll take.
