February 27,2008--------NVC recieved the I-130 from USCIS

May 27,2008------------CASE COMPLETE!!

June 23,2008-------------MEDICAL EXAMINATION AT ST. LUKES (PASSED)

July 11,2008-------------INTERVIEW AT MANILA EMBASSY @ 6:30AM...( APPROVED, PINK SLIP ) THANK U LORD...

July 15,2008-------------VISA IN HAND....Thanks God!

July 22,2008-------------My flight to Michigan (Exciting.....)

July 23,2008-------------Arrived in Michigan, POE - Detroit

August 02,2008-------------Recieved my SSN CARD

August 09,2008-------------Recieved my GREEN CARD

Just trying to waste time and wondering how you put colours in your signature? All I can get is the blue and I can't find how to add colours...

As I said, just wasting time while waiting for USCIS to make a move...

Thank you Monalisa... We must have different settings because I have no option at all on my signature window, no size buttons and no "A" either... nothing at all... It's ok i'll do with what I have... just like with USCIS, no choice... Thank you anyways.

Hi Christine

I noticed your timeline and how you are late on the I-130. I believe the reason is because you sent in the I-129F 2 months later. So both your I-130 and your I-129F will be approved at the same time by following your I-129F timeline. I sent my I-130 in July and I-129F in Sept and when people started getting I-130's approved for CR/IR's I got concerned so I called. They told me with the new system that I-130's that had a corresponding I-129F filed were placed together and were being adjusted based on the I-129F timeframe. Now I know lots of time USCIS is wrong or they give bogus info, but after looking into more K3 timelines here I have noticed this pattern.

* Jan 3, 2003 - Met the love of my life

* Oct 18, 2006 - We got Married

I-130:

* Jul 16, 2007 - Sent I-130 to Nebraska Service Center

* Jul 19, 2007 - I know it's sitting in the PO Box today

* Jul 27, 2007 - Check cashed for I-130 Fee

* Aug 2, 2007 - NOA1 Arrived in the mail dated Jul. 25

* Sep 19, 2007 - ~Touch~ Placed with I-129F

* Dec 4, 2007 - ~Touch~ Address Change

* Mar 7, 2008 - ~Touch~

* Mar 13, 2008 - NOA2 Mailed - We got an approval!

* Jun 3, 2008 - Entered into NVC System

*Jun 4, 2008 - DS- 3032 emailed

*Currently waiting to send I-864.

I-129F:

* Sep 6, 2007 - Mailed I-129F to California Service Center
