Maybe I'm being totally dense here, but the G-325A (biographical info) form looks to be four identical pages + one about how the government is doing its best to make this process easy and kill as few trees as possible in the process

Do I fill out two sheets for each of us? I only submitted one for each of us in the I-129f packet.

Look closely, they are not identical. They route differently if you look at the bottom of the form. Yes, you need to fill out a set (4 pages) for each of you!

We (I) only submitted one copy for myself and one copy for my fiancée. I remember getting multiple copies from her, but thought, "what the ____ are these for?" and just included one with the petition.

Lucky to have not gotten RFE'ed, given the feedback I later got from VisaJourney members. My adjudicator must have been nice, and just made four copies for us and routed them accordingly. (this was for my I-129f, by the way, not AoS)

Yes, submit all four copies!

For the I-129F, I had sent only two copies for me and two copies for him. I remember reading somewhere that a former adjudicator said that they just threw the other copies away, instead of routing them elsewhere! We are also lucky not to get RFE'd about it.

But yes the correct way is to send four copies for the USC, four copies for the beneficiary. We did that for the AOS. Better safe than sorry!
