HI ALL MEMBERS,

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL FELLOW MEMBERS.

ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE WE GOT NOA2 ,MONTREAL EMBASSY IS IT SLOW IN HOLIDAY SEASON ,WE HAVE NO CLUE WHY WE DINT GET PACKET 3 YET?PLZ ADVISE.

I am in the same situation as you. 2 months since NOA2, and haven't heard back from them about packet 3.

like its already been asked, did you check if it went through the NVC yet and maybe it was delayed at the NVC, its best to call
