I filed the I-130 and am waiting like everyone else...i do not mind refiling with new checks both the i_130 and 129f together to the california service center if it will get me a noa1 from the 129f ,unfortunately canada i-130 is hugely backlogged at montreal and it will take longer than the k-3 at vancouver...would they accept both or what kind of problems would i have by a duplicate filing,,any ideas ,,if there is a good chance they will accept both it would be a huge boost to my spirit rather than waiting forever

It's hard to say for certain but as long as there is no actual problem with your I-130 petition, I think you'd be shooting yourself in the foot to refile it. A better choice would be to send a copy of your cancelled check front and back as proof of filing. As soon as you can secure that, just file the I-129F with California.
