Happy New Year everyone, I hope not everyone is so busy to be able to answer my question...Please enlighten me...I have recieved the Packet 4 and it only contained the appointment date and instructions regarding the medical. It's quite vague about the I-864 Affidavit of Support and the DS-230. Everything was submited to the NVC. Now my question is do i need to download all those forms again to take with me during the interview? Or what has been submited to the NVC is suffice enough and it will be given back to me during the interview. Thanks

The instructions to download, fill out and submit the I-864 Affidavit of Support would have been sent at the same time as the DS-3032. Your U.S. sponsor would have filled that out. You do have to download the DS-230 here http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf then fill out parts 1 and 2 and sign part 1. You also need to submit a copy of your passport, NBI clearance, and NSO birth certificate and marriage certificate with it. All of this should already be done before you would ever receive packet 4. Are you sure you are applying for a CR-1 visa? Here's a link to the embassy page about the interview http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3219.html

Yup, we are under the IR1 and IR2 category. All i recieved with the packet 4 were the appointment time and medical instructions and nothing else. All other documents you mentioned were submitted to the NVC.

I havent paid the P650 with Metrobank yet but i'll be doing it later. Thanks for the info btw what about your ds-230, was it given to you during your interview so you can sign it infront of the consul and was it the same ds-230 you submitted to the NVC?
