Good Morning!

It's 1:33am and I still can't sleep so how about a daily thread for me...

Can't wait for the new year as I found out that my brother and his wife are expecting a baby - I am so happy for them... and I am just sick of 2007 - two more days to go...

Wishing everyone a great Sunday!!!

Love, D.

top of the morning to you all. going to put the Christmas decorations away today after church. other than that, another day of misery missing my husband who has listened to his parent and left, yet again. i didn't realize how much they controlled my marriage. is that a MENA thing? i can't wait for this year to be over bc next year has got to be better.

Good morning everyone! I'm taking my tree down after church today too. Normally I've already taken it down by this time. Then I think I might have to hit a few sales at Old Navy & Kohls.

Have a great day everyone! I can't beleive 2007 is about do be over a done with.

2008 is gonna be great! 8 is the number of new beginnings, so I am more than ready to leave all that mess, misery, pain, and struggle 2007 brought behind and press on towards a new beginning, change, and blessing.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day !

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Your MIL or FIL keeps telling your husband to leave? May I ask why?

Sorry you have to go through this. Pregnant women shouldn't have to deal with so much stress.

There was another post by the same member in a different thread that the mods deleted. Maybe they didn't see the others. I'd PM them links to the posts. I agree that they are way OTT.

i wish i had the complete answer for that, but i dont know what they say bc they speak in arabic. he says that they dont want anymore damage between us. its not easy to come and adjust, have a step child to deal with, a new marriage, cultural difference, religious differences, an extremely hard pregnancy and minimal employment opportunities bc we cant verify his education. our start has not been the most blissful as one could hope for.
