re establishing links for nvc

hi all the captain has ask if someone would like to re astablish the links for james shortcuts i tried the other day to double check to see if my copy was missing something in instruction area before i sent it and kept getting error message for the link it would be nice to lock it out so no one can post in it just to provide the links to certain form

now you have to weed through all the post to try and find where and what you need for all the newbies they could just go to like down load page or something. i have a copy of ds-230 coverpage updated version if you need it pm me
