Anyone have any idea whether you can refile in Australia ,,we filed in CSC but are based in Canada but because of the delays will lose our status here well before any decision..Am I able to fly to syndey and deliver the I-130 in person...the waitng period is minimal and at least I will know for sure they have received it...been 4 months and no receipt ,,sent my 129-f twice with proof of I-130 deliverance and they have sent it back twice with no record of !-130 acceptance...I feel the chicago lockbox will have massive problems and with the delays a 1-130 new to australia will have a timeline while currently there is no guidance ...

People are just starting to get NOA #1 from filing to CSC in August. I would bet that you will receive it within the next couple of weeks since it looks like using Chicago is starting to catch things up as far as receiving the app. No NOA#! means there would not be a record of it being submitted yet. What good do you expect Sydney to do for you? To use direct consular filing you must have been living there for 6 months
