is my fingerprinting letter lost (California)? 1 month passed since NOA1

it seems like after cashing check and NOA1 everybody is getting a FP appointment withing 1-2 weeks, but mine seems to be lost

last touches were Nov 9 (check cashed) and then Dec 4th, which i noticed also happens before FP.

My PAST Timelines:

10/2004 - Conditional GC

08/2006 - 10/2007 - Lifting Conditions timeline

10/2007 - 6/26/2009 Citizenship, Los Angeles DO timeline

CSC i-130 for my Mom

06/30/09 - delivered

07/06/09 - NOA date (rec'd - 07/10) #WAC 09xxx3, touched.

07/08/09 - check cashed, #WAC 09xxx2 (not online)

08/29/09 - APPROVED!!!

NVC

09/14/09 - NVC case # assigned, emails registered

09/17/09 - email AOS bill received and paid online, ds3032 received and returned

09/21/09 - AOS bill status "PAID", FedExed out AOS, 09/24/09 delivered to NVC

09/28/09 - AVR:AOS acknowledged

10/02/09 - 3032 was acknol. by NVC, paid IV Bill online

10/05/09 - emails: 1 pm -RFE for 3032, 3 pm - IV bill, 5 pm - status PAID

10/09/09 - ds230 delivered to NVC at 9am

10/14/09 - AVR: Checklist response was received

10/20/09 - login failed! - between 5 pm and 9 pm PST, at 5 pm it was still working

10/21/09 - case complete! (AVR updated after 10 pm) = total NVC 37 days

10/28/09 - interview date email came at 6.30 pm, no AVR changes yet

10/30/09 - AVR: "Case sent to embassy on Oct 29" = total 4 months from delivery of i130 to USCIS

11/02/09 - Medical

11/20/09 - Interview - PASSED!!!

11/28 - POE: LAX

We got our biometrics appointment a week after receiving the NOA-1

11/26/07 Mailed I-751

03/27/08 10 year green card approved

N-400

12/01/08 Mailed

12/24/08 check cashed

12/23/08 Noa-1

01/14/09 Biometrics

03/20/09 Interview

If it helps to reassure you - I am also applying through CSC- I received my first NOA in the mail - mid nov? I am still waiting on biometrics appointment. No "touches" on my online account.

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On October 29, 2007, we received this N400 APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION......................

I haven't been following the other threads - but, I think it is important to only compare your case to others going through the same service centre.

Sep 12, 2007 - Priority date

Nov 9,2007 - check cashed

Nov 20,2007 - NOA1: "expect to be notified within 425 days of this notice",

Jan 10, 2008 - fingerprints appointment (letter lost due to mailing address receipted incorrectly)

Feb 7, 2008 - fingerprints done (took about 10 min - as a walk-in)

Sept 8, 2008 - Interview date (letter received Jul 18) - rescheduled at my request

Jan 6, 2009 - Interview date

Feb 26, 2009 - Citizenship Oath

*online status "case received Oct 29", no touches showing.

Same here-my NOA is dated 12/4--last touch 12/6 but no biometrics appt--i think someone just reported getting their biometrics this week which means we should be close

i wonder if i can do a walk-in as i did with removal conditions second fingerprinting

Are you a "three year" or "5 year" n-400 applicant?

I don't uderstand you question about a walk-in - why not just keep the scheduled appointment?

1) is your online case updated yet?

and

1) no it's same Dec 4 touch, and Nov 7 received

2) 3 year

3) the sooner you pass fingerprints the sooner FBI check starts which is longest part of naturalization and sometimes take a year after even interview is done, but i just moved and it's too far now to go there with a chance of denial, so i will go on my date now.

i hope your letter comes soon and good luck to all of us!
