Trouble accessing USCIS portfolio

We had set up a portfolio with the case numbers for James's AOS and EAD on the USCIS website and bookmarked the page to check for updates. It worked well for awhile, but lately its been weird. Almost everytime one of us opens it up it goes to a page of random writing- like code- and if you refresh it a few times, itll go to the real page other times it just keeps refreshing to that and we can't check the status at all. We have tried forgetting the bookmark and trying to get to the site through the USCIS website, but that doesn't work the first time either.

Just wondering if anyone else was having that problem or know how to fix it. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying when all you want to do is see if you have an update!

I think it resigned along with the rest of the administration..............

ok i have problem to check portfolio but i am able to check the case alone, i dont try to sign in just check the case typing the number again and it works

I was just on the USCIS site and they have fixed the problem. You can now access your portfolio

yep I experienced the same problem too. Last night and the night before. Always at night time though.

I had that problem when I tried to access the site using Netscape or Moxilla as my browser. When I used Internet Explorer, I had no problems. Why not try using a different browser and see if that makes a difference?
