Just got my email approval today after verbal approval a few weeks back, that they have ordered my card. I have updated my signature and my official VJ Timeline.

Wow,Congratulations!Finally some activity!:) My NOA is just a few days after yours, so I am really hoping my approval is coming soon!

On May 2, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.

I just posted this in the main topic because I don't know how to use this website very well. But I think my case should belong to here. Thank you guys!

I just got the approved letter!

Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

My timeline:

Service Center: NSC

NOA: 02/14/07

Transfer to CSC: 03/27/08

Approval Date: 05/02/08

I am one of few people here who are lagging behind from the normal time frame for tranferred cases. It was really frustrated. I even called custom service center last week and the lady I talked with made me feel that my case is going through more background check. So if you have the same situation like me, be patient and don't stress yourself out.

Hi all :) I can also confirm that I have received the same message (via email) - my card was ordered today. My NOA was April 11 2007, and my case was transferred to CSC back in March.

Good luck to everyone else still waiting - I'm rooting for you all.

Thank you for that, it makes me feel a lot more relaxed and happy to see you guys getting approved , that means the are working on the cases and will soon get to mine, it looks like now they are working on mid-end of April 2007 that is great.

Sandy can you please update the list, everytime i try to do that , I delete some people and they get mad at me,

Yes, Yes ,Yes! :dance: I decided to check my email today,cause I didnt do it yesterday... and I couldnt believe my eyes-CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!It has a date of May 3rd. I am so relieved and overjoyed that I feel like flying!!!:))) My NOA was March 27/07 and on April 2nd/08 was transefered to CSC like many others. I did a service request few days ago, but I dont think that the approval was a result of that or may be it was,who knows?! I havent contacted any senators,congressman or sent any evidence on my own,so it was just a matter of waiting it out!!!

Thanks to everybody who has kept me going in my over 13 months of wait and I wish everyone a spedy approval!!!:)))

Now hopefully the card will arrive ok!

Congratulations to everybody, I'm so happy for you all!!! But geez..... we are still waiting and so far ahead of many of you. But I guess it doesn't matter a whole lot, we're mailing in his N-400 tomorrow. He'll probably become a citizen before he becomes a 10 year permanent resident. :rolleyes:

I-751 timeline:

Dec. 27, 2006 mailed I-751 packet

Jan. 4, 2007 date on NOA

Jan. 30, 2007 Biometrics

Feb. 1, 2007 last time our file was touched....

April 1, 2008, file touched and transferred to CSC

April 2, 2008, file touched again....

April 14, 2008 NOA about transfer

May 12, 2008 email stating 10 yr card ordered

May 19, 2008 10 yr card received

N-400 timeline:

May 7, 2008 mailed in N-400 packet

May 9, 2008 USCIS receives and signs for (by F. Heinauer) N-400 packet

May 19, 2008 NOA of receipt of N-400 and NOA for biometrics

May 30, 2008 biometrics

Aug. 5, 2008 Naturalization interview

Sept. 23, 2008 Oath ceremony, new US Citizen!! (have dual citizenship)
