Contacted congressman, ombudsman late March

Got 1 yr stamp and case moved to CSC: 04/02/08

Approved: 04/08/08. Done with USCIS for a few years. :)

Card received: 04/14/08

My green card has just been ordered and I should receive it in 30 days. I have been waiting since Feb 07. I got an email last week saying my case had been transferred to another office. I hope the rest of you guys don't have to wait too much longer :)

Congrats! You're one of the few from March that I've seen. 3 days after us though, I hope this means our is coming!! Would have been nice to get the email today though since Tom is going downtown to get his passport stamped on Monday (he could have avoided that maybe.)

We received two identical I-797c's today one for my wife, the other for my daughter stating that our case has been transferred to California.

Gave the link for case status, most of us have that and checking the processing dates, as we are well ahead of the current processing date, we now have the right to call customer service for a case update. Wonder if customer service knows we have that right?

Was hoping it was green cards instead.

Great! Congrats to people who got their GCs. I called the USCIS customer service number today. The lady who took my called had a bad attitude! I had my husband call them and sent an service inquiry. The lady he got was really nice and start chitchatting with him, huh. Guess ladies should all have their husbands call.

I just called the USCIS customer service line. They said as of April 10, 2008 production of my wife's 10 year green card has been ordered and that it will arrive in 30 days. We filed in March of 2007. I will keep everyone updated if there is more progress, but as of now we are preparing to hit warp speed on "Operation: Get The Hell Outta America".

May 27, 2009: N-400 Window Opens

June 2, 2008: N-400 Sent

June 3, 2008: N-400 Received at Nebraska Service Center

June 13, 2008: NOA1

June 16, 2008: Biometrics letter

June 24th, 2008: Biometrics Appointment

July 7th, 2008: Called FBI, verified that biometrics check has been completed and returned to USCIS

August 26th, 2008: N-400 Interview Passed

September 18th, 2008: Swearing in, Billings Montana

Send Expedited 14-day passport paperwork???

I just got an RFE :( But hey! I got something from the USCIS!!! Guess I'll flood them with evidence now. At least things are moving. How's that for looking on the brightside?

When can I check my status online or log in, I tried both of them and I couldn't,

By the way I never received an emial or mail telling me that my case was transfered , however when i put my case number online, it said it was transfered to another office, and the last touched date was 04/03, that mean my case was transfered right?? i did not receive email or letter but the status as i said said it was transfered, I am starting to worry now!!!!!

I just got letters today for my son and I transferring to California so hopefully we'll hear something soon !

1/10/05 Adjustment of status applied for for my son and I

1/19/05 Documents received and process started in Chicago

2/24/05 Fingerprinting and Biometrics done in Milwaukee

3/4/05 received in the post

3/7/05 Applied at local office in Green Bay for SSN

3/8/05 Received a print out of SSN number from the office and card is on it's way !

3/10/05 Got a job ! Server at Smokey Bones - will do for now while I'm looking for the right job !

3/16/05 card arrives

3/18/05 Got state ID Card

5/20/05 Appt interview letter received for 29th June 2005

6/16/05 After 3 interviews with Associated Bank have been offered a Personal Bankers Position to start on july 5th - excellent news 40 hours !!!

6/25/05 Passed my driving test !

6/29/05 APPROVED - Adjustment of status interview - Milwaukee

7/8/05 Green cards arrived for both my son and I

05/10/07 documents sent to lift conditions

05/24/07 letters rec'd extending green card and biometrics letters rec'd for 06/11/2007

We received an email on 4/03, file last touched and transferred on 4/02. No letter in the post received though.....and nothing else.... yet :unsure:

I-751 timeline:

Dec. 27, 2006 mailed I-751 packet

Jan. 4, 2007 date on NOA

Jan. 30, 2007 Biometrics

Feb. 1, 2007 last time our file was touched....

April 1, 2008, file touched and transferred to CSC

April 2, 2008, file touched again....

April 14, 2008 NOA about transfer

May 12, 2008 email stating 10 yr card ordered

May 19, 2008 10 yr card received

N-400 timeline:

May 7, 2008 mailed in N-400 packet

May 9, 2008 USCIS receives and signs for (by F. Heinauer) N-400 packet
