Current Status: Card production ordered.

On December 27, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

02/28/2011: Certificate Of Naturalization's Returned.

oh sorry let me add something! i dint receive my EAD .. so what will happen after i get my green card!!! just destroy my EAD card when i get it or return it to them !! Plus. i dint get any Approve on my I130 ?? is this ok?

You don't need the EAD or AP once you have your green card, the green card allows you to work and travel. Congratulations. :thumbs:

Oops, just realized my mistake re I130. But the answer is still the same, the green card establishes you as a permanent resident.

2/1/08 - Email: AP approval

2/8/08 - EAD card received

4/4/08 - RFE for full medical

6/9/08 - RFE received at CSC (according to USPS)

6/16/08 - RFE received at CSC (according to USCIS)

6/19/08 - Card production ordered

6/24/08 - Approval email & Welcome letter in mail

6/26/08 - Card arrives in the mail

congrats, we just got ours too!

9/18/05 Jane immigrates to the USA, arriving as Conditional Permanent Resident.

7/23/07 We receive NOA, in receipt for applying for lifting of Conditional Status.

8/2/07 Receive appointment for Biometrics (for 8/22)

8/29/07 Receive RFE notice

11/12/07 Submitted additional evidence to comply with RFE

12/29/07 e-mail from USCIS: Card production ordered

1/4/08 card received in mail
