I need a copy of the checklist... the embasy claims (after waiting 2 weeks for an email response) that they never got our checklist. I don't want to wait another 2 weeks for them to mail another packet 3... :( we returned packet 3 a month ago, this delay is such a disapointment. :( if anyone has a blank IV-15 form they could scan/email, I would really appreciate it. even a filled out one - I can doctor it in photoshop.

Thanks

Are you getting the standard we have no record of your documents response? I got that response until the day they issued my packet 4 then got email to say they'd received my documents and i was in the system two weeks after i received packet 4. If you sent your pk3 via certified mail or signed for and you can see they've received it on the royalmail website I wouldn't worry too much about it. It can be very frustrating dealing with London.

Good Luck

It is now taking London 6-8 weeks to process applications. They will not acknowledge receipt of your checklist until they've processed it and put it on their system. As it's only been 4 weeks it probably isnt in the systemyet. Take a look at my timeline and see how long it took for me to get a resonse.

Good Luck

March 13, 2006 - Medical appointment

March 23, 2006 - Packet 4 received

April 18, 2006 - Interview - VISA APPROVED!!!

June 21, 2006 - Nigel arrives!

July 12, 2006 - Applied for SSN

July 14, 2006 - Married at courthouse
