:whistle: I just checked the USCIS website ad their processing time......for california center says that visa k-1 is back at 6 months waiting................woohoooooooooooooooooo....is that mean that they are working faster now??? :lol:

But I'm kinda confused here.....the normal deadline was 6 months to be approved and have your visa in hand but now is it just for the approval of NOA2 ?

I'm getting really sick and tired of all that *&^^&&^& but I'm putting my trust in Gods hands to make it happen faster....

Anyway I have the chance to be with my honey for the holidays so I'll try to not complain to much. BUT GOING BACK IS ALWAYS SO HARD ON BOTH OF US :crying::crying:

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU !!!!! MAY ALL YOUR WISH COME TRUE...ESPECIALLY THE ONE WE ALL WANT :yes:

Happy New Year to you, too!!! Six months seems like a long time, but at least CSC has gotten their butts in gear enough to catch up to "normal" processing times, instead of having petitions on their desks from APRIL!!!

I-129F

11/15/2007 = Package sent overnight Fedex to CSC

11/16/2007 = Package arrived at CSC

11/21/2007 = NOA1 (according to www.uscis.gov online case status)

11/26/2007 = Check cashed (YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!)

11/28/2007 = Touched

11/30/2007 = Rec'd NOA1 hard copy in the mail

12/20/2007 = Touched

12/21/2007 = Touched

03/12/2008 = Touched (due to phone call)

03/24/2008 = NOA2!!!!!!!!!

03/25/2008 = Touched

04/23/2008 = Touched

05/05/2008 = Arrived at Consulate

05/12/2008 = Picked up Packets 3 & 4

06/24/2008 = Interview Date and APPROVAL

07/02/2008 = Picked up Visa at Embassy

07/05/2008 = Arrival in the U.S.!!!!!!!!! Met at POE in ATLANTA

07/06/2008 = Fly back to Salt Lake City Together!!!!

08/06/2008 = MARRIED TODAY!!!

AOS & EAD

08/23/2008 = Package sent via USPS with Signature Confirmation

08/25/2008 = Package arrived in Chicago

08/26/2008 = Check cashed

09/02/2008 = NOA1 for EAD and AOS received in the mail.

The 6 months is just processing of 129F application, where your NO2A comes into play. The time frame window of 6 months doesn't take into account NVC or the local consulate. I really hope we do not have to wait the entire 6 months seeing we filed on the same day. I've been looking at the trends and the average now is 4-5 months.

Citizenship

8/06/2011 - Package sent

8/25/2011 - Biometrics schedule

9/26/2011 - Interview date received

10/09/2011 - Received yellow letter

11/08/2011 - Interview date THANKS GOD went smooth n pretty easy with the nice lady IO takes 9-10 minutes wow???????????????

I think I waited more time for my Oath Ceremony schedule rather than interview process and after 13 minutes the lady gave my sched WOW CAN'T BELIEVE ......yayyyyyyy

08/18/2008- EAD APPROVED ( received date 8/27/2008)

09/17/2008- RECEIVED interview date appoinment

10/29/2008- INTERVIEW date 1:00pm sacramento (approved)

11/05/2008- RECEIVED WELCOME NOTICE

11/07/2008- RECEIVED GREEN CARD
