No Country for Old Men was also one of my favorites this year.

I just saw Juno and I'm definitely going back for seconds, sooo funny.

I want to see Juno.

Seriously, I only see about 3 movies a year that I consider good. They just keep turning out #######. I'm one of the few people that was bored as hell watching The Departed and no one understands why. All of the movies they are making now have been made in the last 30 years, except for a few.

The unique, original ideas are usually independent, which means bad fx and some really bad acting. The hollywood machine is out of control. I see a thousand previews for Knocked Up, but no one has even heard of Everything Is Illuminated, which is one of the 5 best movies I've ever seen.

Did anyone see that Lindsay Lohan movie I Know Who Killed Me? I kinda want to see it just because I'm curious of how bad it is cos the reviews were so #######

I can't believe you never watched The Parent Trap

I have never seen anything like "No Country for Old Men". The actor with the little dutch boy haircut is a scary mofo. You should probably see it.

Juno is hilarious. Hicham calls me homeskillet now.

I'm definitely going to see it. I've heard it's really good, and from people that admit that Titanic was one of the worst movies ever made. Basically, if a person liked Titanic, I don't really value their opinion on movies. It's like my own personal litmus test for good taste.

Do they actually use the term homeskillet in it? If so, holy #######! That's one of my favorites.

unfortunately i was held hostage on a delta flight to Rio were the Movie was "License to Wed" what a loser movie that was.

Then on the return flight they played "Transformers", cruel and unusual punishment.

Satuday I fly to Rio again, I hope to fair better on this trip.

Two terrible movies back to back with no way to escape.

I loved the 40 year old virgin. American Pie the first one was decent, the rest was kinda bleh. Scary Movie was fun, There's something about Mary, Wedding Crashers, Meet The fockers, etc

When I flew to Kitimat in September they played Fracture, which was a pretty good movie. Anthony Hopkins is great.

I am dismayed to see that Mr. Bean's Holiday did not make the list. No accounting for taste, I suppose.

Me too Jenn. I never really liked Mr. Bean before but my husband forced me to watch and I ended up laughing all the way thru it.

I'm a huge "Bean" fan. And I agree, the shorts are better than the features.

I saw this last night or the night before (I can't remember now) but it was so funny.... it definitely had a twist. I thought Mrs. Parker (I think that was her name) was like the Mary Poppins or Nanny Mcphee type, like an angel or something sent to teach the family a valuable lesson but boy was I surprised LOL

I really liked Transformers... I thought it was one of the better action movies that I had seen in awhile  I like my action movies to have a bit of humour in them.....

Needless to say, my children really enjoyed this movie but I liked it too.... I didn't even notice the police car said "to punish and enslave" instead of "to protect and serve" until the second time we watched it and that had me laughing my butt off. I wasn't expecting my husband to like it as much as he did but I can't even get through a day now without hearing, at least once, "calm down calm down" in his best robot voice LOL

Well, I may just have to watch the skits then because I really thought the movie was funny.
