JP, the orange-pulp-and-skim-milk also LOOKS delicious--but I can guarantee you it's absolutely revolting. :P :P

So I suspect with the fish dishes--the arrangement in the picture looks lovely, but disguises the fact that the dish has about the same edibility as Complan.

I have the best diet plan in the world! Monitor an elementary lunchroom for half an hour, while watching about 60 to 80 kids "eat". School lunches are also part of the diet plan....and after you watch them eat, you won't want anything to eat afterwards! :lol:
