I am really starting to worry. I called DoS the other day and a nice lady said everything (packet 3) was recieved June 3rd and yet Andy still does not have packet 4 and an interview date.

If I'm following the embassy timeline, it is 10 to 12 weeks after they recieve packet 3 to interview? That would be Sept! Our anniversary is August 13.

What can I do? Do I continue to call DoS? I can't even figure out how everyone can see if their case has been "touched".

I'm sure somewhere on here these answer have been given 100 times but if anyone can give me some idea of what is going on or what I can do, PLEASE HELP!

Dont worry

I would give it a few more days my packet 3 was received on 29th May ( even though i sent it on 22 May ) and got packet 4 on Saturday (14th June) - i would ring them towards the end of the week and see if they have set a date yet as that will be on the system a couple of days before the letter arrives :D

check out my time line and dont forget to update yours too :D

Please will you add my interview date to THE list?! I called DoS today as I didn't have my LND number at work and wanted to book my medical today. After waiting almost 10 mins and considering hanging up several times a woman answered and told me we had an interview scheduled for the 11th July at 9am! I was so excited I said goodbye without asking for my case number, lol! Everything is starting to feel very real!!!

This is all great news! Congratulations! We are waiting on Packet 3, so just a bit behind you guys, but I was just wondering what you do when you call DOS without a case number? I called once and they said they couldn't do anything without that case number. But I would love to get the case number shortly after our NOA2 (which should arrive in the next couple of days) rather than wait for Packet 3. To schedule the medical. Is that possible?

Congrats once again!!! Home stretch!

Thank you for your reply. When Andy and I started this process(August 15th,2007!) I was calm and level headed. But every week that goes by is sooooo frustrating! I can appreciate how hard it is for all of you. I can't imagine some of the other countries that take longer, God blees them. Thanks for the support, even when you didn't know you were giving it.
