How long do I wait to apply for a SSN after EAD arrives?

After 5 months I finally got my notice that my EAD is coming!!

Once I get the card, should I wait the 2 weeks before I apply for SSN to make sure all my info is in the system?

Or should I start the 2 week time now assuming that all my info is already being updated?

I went to the social security the very next day after I had my EAD in the mail. They did not have me in the system yet but accepted my application, gave me a letter to confirm it and told me it would take up to 30 days for the system update and the issuance of the SSN. I got my SSN in the mail only 8 days later.

You can apply anytime the question is only how quickly the SSA office will process the application due to the verification requirement
