Well one year ago today Usama and I got married.

:cry::cry::cry:

Took a prednisone last night due to intense pain so I'll soon look like the michelin man. :( My mom's taking my little one to a big candy shop and then out to lunch which will leave me with the oldest who, like me, likes to just lay low and watch movies. :)

Talking to hubby in about 1/2 hour.

Hey Bridget - Happy Anniversary!!!

Even with the sadness of separation it is still a special day for both of you. I can't imagine such a long AP - I feel that this infinite, unknown waiting period is the hardest part of the process.

Hope that you'll feel better - Jackie's right - nice hot tasty latte might lift your spirits at least for a while...

Love,

D.

*attempting to stay positive*

my throat huuuuuuuuuuuurts! ugh i can barely swallow its so big! :( happy friday all!

Hay Jen,

Take good care of yourself - Hope you'll feel better soon...

Love,

D.

Happy Friday :)

Congrats for Ramy on the new job

I don't know if it's sunk in or not for us that my husband is here, or that we are even married for that matter  Maby it did a little this morning when I let him take the car all day and drop me off at work  It's making me nervous already... But at least he hasn't called to tell me he's lost yet (I made sure we got him a cell phone before letting him attempt this)

Jackie - Glad your feeling so good this morning! Guessing the appt. with the doc went well ? :)

Polarbear - Congratulations on your marriage - wishing you much happiness with your husband!

Hey everyone! hope your days are well.

For those just married-- my test has always been are you married in your sleep-- once someone dreams and they are married in their sleep, I think it's sunk in. there is a period of time where you're still your old self in dreams, then something clicks and you're married in your sleep :)

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

Speaking of dreams and sunk, last night I dreamed I was on the Titanic. Some very weird stuff was happening on that ship, let me tell you.

I love going to sleep - I can't wait to find out what I'm gonna dream about. Of course, sometimes I wake up in a fit of tears, but it's worth it for those other dreams that are just so cool.

Did you ever see the movie Waking Life?
