:D First daily thread for me in a while!

I'm so happy it's Friday. Ramy started his new job this morning as a cook in a restaurant. It's not pharmacy, but it's a JOB.

I'm in to work early...why bother sticking around the house when he's working from 7-2...and if I go in for 8, I get out at 4? haha.

Hope you all have a good day :)

Divorced. To hell with him.

lol it FINALLY sunk in...I don't know what did it but it sunk in about 3 weeks after he got here, or maybe after the honeymoon and when I went back to work from vacation and knew he was waiting for me at home.

We don't miss those terrible connections at ALL! Not one tiny bit. But it's crazy how much it changes from missing him from 5000 miles away vs. 30 miles, I miss him when I'm at work and can't wait to get back home to him at the end of the day!

When we got a booth at the local flea market things changed a little too because everyone knows us as the newlyweds who run the booth with the Egyptian stuff, and if he's not at the booth with me, all the vendors around us miss him and ask about him all day!

Happy Friday everybody.

Nice to see you so happy Jackie. :) How did it go with the doctor?

I'm looking forward to no work for four days, but I'm not looking forward to rain for three of those days. bleh!

Allah tries his chosen people through many hardships, but those who persevere through adversity, surrendering themselves before the will of Allah, shall be blessed with a superb reward.

-The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), as reported by Anas bin Malik

A time will come when the sky is torn apart; when the stars scatter, and the ocean drains away; and when the graves are tossed about, and laid open. At that time every man will be told what he has done, and what he has failed to do; and every woman will be told what she has done, and what she has failed to do.

Happy Friday :)

Congrats for Ramy on the new job

I don't know if it's sunk in or not for us that my husband is here, or that we are even married for that matter  Maby it did a little this morning when I let him take the car all day and drop me off at work  It's making me nervous already... But at least he hasn't called to tell me he's lost yet (I made sure we got him a cell phone before letting him attempt this)

Jackie - Glad your feeling so good this morning! Guessing the appt. with the doc went well ? :)

Morning everyone! Such a dreary day here. Rain all day, but the drought is so bad that I am thankful. Had another ultrasound this monring and all seems to be well. I am ready for him to be here already so I can move on in this life. I know that sounds awful, but after being pregnant for awhile, you are ready for it to be over. Have a great day!

Good Morning!

All this talk about sinking in.....I'm just sunk! ( Water, can you relate? ).

Anyway, lets all ATTEMPT, if nothing else, to stay positive and uplifted. ( Ah, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak! ).

Happy Friday, all.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
