what to do if i-1130 and i-129 both approve toghter

pls advise what we have to do if i-130 and 129f both will aprove toghter.because the ppl have problame in AOS. and if ther i-129 will aprove first so they can submit there AOS after they reach in USA.nut if i-130 will approve first we have to submit AOS then only we can go visa.. i was checking all approvals and i found that both cases approve toghter. pls advise wt can do.

because IR still take long time after noa2 approval.

The policy since November 2006 has been to hold the I-130 and send the I-129F to NVC, so you are on the K3 pathe.

my question is if i will apply for k3 visa , when i have to submit my AOS , at time of interview or at time of adjestment time after i reach in usa.

my 2nd question is, if my wife signing AOS , will they count ,one or two, 'Size of Family Unit' because she is livine alon in usa right now and i m here in india becaues if they will count one size of family unit, then she need $12,763

but if they will count two size of family unit then she will need $17,113
