Sorry guys, I have posted before on here asking the same question, but I still have not received my Biometrics appointment letter. I have spoken twice recently to the customer service center and both CSR's have said I have to wait my turn. I am filing in Vermont for removal of conditions and judging by the approval list I should have had my biometrics appointment by now. My NOA was issued on 23rd October.

The second person I spoke to at the service center was an "Officer" and he said my NOA is good for a year and I will have to wait at least 9 months for the bio appointment!! He was really sarcastic and rude, and said that because I have a CR1 it will take me the full 9 months wait. I just don't get it.......anyone else heard of this??

I would make an Infopass appointment and inquire about it. Thats what I had to do to get my Biometrics done. And I never did receive my NOA. But we got the passport stamped when we had the Infopass appointment.

Have you validated that you are in their system by looking at your case via the receipt number on your NOA? I personally dont' think two months is too long but if you still aren't confortable then by all means do a Infopass. Good luck

Info pass is the appt. system that USCIS uses if you need to physically go to your local office for anything. Without it you won't get in.

I am in the same boat as you; my wife got her NOA on October 30th and no bio. I called and even got a case number regarding not getting the biometrics notice since I noticed some people here on this forum got their notices after us that they had already gotten their biometrics notices, but did not hear anything. Figured I would make an info pass and go the local office here in Atlanta, but the officer told me that I just need to wait and still nothing yet.... at least we have the NOA letter which we can use to travel in spring, but just getting a little worried here since you never know that happens with these guys and the contractors who have been hired to help..
