I have been unable to access my portfolio with my I-130 and I-129F receipt numbers for the last 3 days at the USCIS website. It says, some error occurred when I try to login. Is anyone experiencing similar problem? Is there anyway it can be resolved? My I-129F was touched 4 times within 3 weeks until 3 days ago. Now, I can not get those information. However, I am able to check the status when I type my USCIS receipt numbers. Thank you, all.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I just finished talking to a very cold lady named Ashly , she mentioned that the website is working properly and in refernce to my case that they are processing K-3's with receipt date FEb. 6 , as if I did not know that !!!!!! :angry:

It's working now

Mine is not working as of yet. I just tried it 2 minutes ago.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

Yes I am getting same errors. I am no techie so I have no clue what is happening other than to guess that the site is being updated in some way.

I am a techie (i work at a big internet company that you know), and uscis pushed out something that was obviously not tested very well (at all?) and is very very broken. You shouldn't see issues like this for any significantly large organization. There are numerous technologies to keep things like this from happening. It says it was built 15 Feb, so they've had two months to test it, but didn't do a very good job, it would appear. The case status online site is fairly pathetic in that it claims that it doesn't support any modern browser (netscape 4.7 is ancient) and that it appears to not even be scripted correctly. They could hire an college student for an internship to fix some of these very simple issues with their page. And why they're using Java... yikes. Your tax dollars hard at ... i mean being wasted. ttyl,

We stopped pursuit of CR-1 to pursue K3/AOS. For us, both required the same document, we could only have one valid copy, and the K3 was moving faster.
