Questions about US Embassy in Venezuela sending finacee information

Guys,

Soon I hope to begin the Visa process for my fiancee in Venezuela, but one concern I have is that she does not have a mailing address and when the Embassy goes to let her know that they recieved her information they will not be able to because she has no address? Has anyone experienced this before and what do we need to do when we get to that bridge?
